Food

In the Preparatory School, milk is available at the mid-morning break for which a charge of £10.50 per term is made.                                                                                                                

Lunches are included in the fees for pupils from Upper Reception through to Upper V.  Lunches for yeargroups nort included are charged on a daily basis as follows:    

Gatehouse Nursery £5.35 (including supervision)
Lower Reception £2.85
Sixth Form £3.25 
         

Books and materials

All exercise books and most text books are provided by the school. A book list is provided on admission.

Provision is made for Art, but materials for the more elaborate forms of textiles may be charged on the term account. This also sometimes the case for Design Technology, when ceramics and food may sometimes be charged to the term account.

Fees for instrumental tuition, drama and dance

Instrumental tuition: £16.00 per lesson (invoiced directly by the teacher)
Dance (group): £36.00 per term (invoiced by the school)
Drama (30 group sessions per year):
High School – £75.00 (Upper III); £80.00 (Lower IV upwards) 40 minute sessions (invoiced by the school)
Prep School – £55.00 (Transition); £60.00 (Lower I–Lower III) 30 minute sessions (invoiced by the school)

Swimming

Swimming in the Preparatory School is also charged on the term’s account at £7.50 per session.

Public examination fees

Public examination fees are levied against the school and will be added to each pupil’s account for the term in which the examination will take place.

Old Gatewegian Association

A charge of £3.00 per term (High School) or £2.50 per term (Prep School) is levied as subscription to the Old Gatewegian Association.
