The academic focus of the Gateways High School is to encourage each girl to achieve the best she possibly can and to equip her with the skills to think critically and learn independently – skills she will need to succeed in life.

We encourage our girls to take responsibility for their progress by setting appropriate, personal targets which are reviewed by subject and pastoral staff alike. This individual approach ensures that every girl knows what she is aiming for and that she is constantly striving to improve on her personal best.
