Meet our Headmistress

Mrs Yvonne Wilkinson began her role as Headmistress of Gateways School on 1 September 2009, taking over from Mrs Denise Davidson who had completed a very successful 12 years in the role.

Mrs Wilkinson joined Gateways from Holy Trinity School in Kidderminster where she was Head Teacher from 2003. The school was awarded the title of Independent School of the Year by the West Midlands News in January 2009. Prior to that Mrs Wilkinson was the first female Deputy Head in the 125-year history of King Edward VI Five Ways School Birmingham, one of the top grammar schools in the country.
