If you would like to register a prospective pupil or pupils you can submit an e-mail request for a registration form by clicking here.

Alternatively you can download a copy of our registration form and complete and post it to the Registrar at Gateways School, Harewood, Leeds, LS17 9LE.

Click here to download a registration form for nursery or lower reception aged pupils.

Click here to download a registration form for all other year groups.

A cheque for £10.00 should be included for nursery or lower reception aged pupils and £25.00 for all others.

Registering your child will place them on the waiting list and ensure that you receive information about open days and other events that may be relevant to your circumstances.
