 Gateways offers supervised, wraparound care outside normal school hours for Nursery, Pre-prep and Prep School children. This facility may be used regularly or occasionally and it is not necessary to book in advance.
Early Birds Club
Early Birds opens at 7:30am and is held in the Gallery of the Sports Hall where there is a range of toys and activities. Pupils arriving between 7.30am and 8.00am are charged £2, and 8.00am to 8.30am arrivals are charged £1. A supervised breakfast is available in the Dining Room at 8.15am, at a cost of £1, payable on the day
Sundowners Club
This opens for children in the Nursery at 3.00pm and the last collection time is 6.30pm. A light tea is provided at 4.00pm, after which the children move to the Sports Hall Gallery.
Children may stay in Sundowners free of charge until the following times:

Nursery: 3.15pm

Pre-prep: 3.45pm

Juniors 4.15pm
 The subsequent cost is £3 per hour, charged by the half hour, with a minimum charge of £1.50. Any child not collected by 6.30pm will be charged £5 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
For both Early Birds and Sundowners, an account is prepared termly, or half-termly if the sum exceeds £50.
In addition, a supervised Homework Club is available in the library for High School pupils between 4.00pm and 6.00pm. There is no charge for Homework Club but pupils not collected by 6.00pm join the Sundowners and are charged at the appropriate rate.
