The Friends of Gateways (FoG) is an enthusiastic group of parents and teachers from the school with one goal: to work together to raise funds which enable the purchase of additional equipment and resources for the benefit of all pupils.
FoG works in partnership with the school and invites all parents to join that partnership.
Becoming a member of Friends of Gateways provides the ideal opportunity for parents new to the school to meet other parents, find out more about the school, and to make new friends and acquaintances both on a social and professional basis.
Throughout the year social events are organised both for the children and parents. Highlights include the Autumn Dinner Dance, Family Fun Day and Summer Ball.
Coffee Mornings are held during the first week of each month, in the Dining room from 8.30am until 10.00am. The day of the week is varied to enable those with work commitments to come sometimes. Dates are published in advance in the termly newsletter and all are welcome.
