 The
Foundation Stage covers the ages of 3 to 5 and the
girls and boys in Lower and Upper Reception follow
a full and varied curriculum, covering the six
areas of learning shown below. Within the
curriculum the children work at their own pace and
we provide an education which enables them to move
through the progressive steps towards the Early
Learning Goals:

• Mathematical Development
• Knowledge and Understanding of the World
• Creative Development
• Physical development
 Our
ethos is to encourage the children to enjoy
learning, helping each child to acquire and
develop their skills. Our careful planning,
observation and assessment of individuals allows
us to enable each child to fulfil their highest
potential. The classrooms are equipped with I-desk
computers and an interactive whiteboard to enable
the development of ICT skills from the earliest
age and broaden their learning horizons.
