We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and energetic Learning Support Assistants to join our team.

The role of a Learning Support Assistant will be utilised across the School to meet the growing demand.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be expected to guide individuals or small groups of pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), work both within and outside of the classroom, under the direction of the SENCo’s and Teachers as well as independently.

The objectives of a Learning Support Assistant will differ according to the individual requirements of each pupil.

The overall function is to support SEN pupils with varied needs through the academic, personal and behavioural elements of school life.

Working Hours: 08:30 – 16:00 Monday – Friday during term time and morning briefings (where applicable), plus all staff training and development days. We are also able to consider part time applications, please advise when submitting your application your preferred working days. 

Salary: From £16,731 depending on experience, paid pro rata for part time working (term time only position)

Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse (working with children aged 2-4 years old)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspiring practitioner to join our successful Early Years team. Full time or part-time applicants will be considered.

The role requires someone who;

· Will provide exceptional learning experiences for children

· Provide an excellent learning environment in which children can thrive

· Be responsible for a key group of children, ensuring optimum well-being

· Create and sustain positive partnerships with parents and families

· Is highly organised, motivated and reliable

Hours

We can currently offer contracts up to 40 hours a week. Our setting is open 7:30am to 6:00pm during term time and the right candidate will be able to offer flexibility between these hours.

There will also be a requirement of 4 weeks working within our EYFS holiday club.

The successful candidate will receive four weeks paid annual leave (to be taken during Gateways school holidays).

Salary 

£21,396.80 (40 hours) paid pro rata for part time hours (£25,875 FTE).
