Pupils from Pre-Reception to Lower 3 are eligible to attend Earlybirds & Sundowners before and after school care. No pre-booking is required. They can undertake a variety of activities such as reading, various games, arts and crafts and dressing up.

Earlybirds

Daily 7.30am – 8.30am

Charges (from Sept 2023):

• £9.10 per hour

Please note that we are unable to accept responsibility for pupils in school before 8.30am unless they are attending Earlybirds.

Sundowners

Daily 3.00pm – 6.00pm
A light tea is provided in the dining room at 4.20pm

Charges (from Sept 2023):

• Hourly charge = £9.10
• Half hourly charge = £4.55
• Minimum charge = £4.55

Children with older siblings still in school may stay in Sundowners free of charge until the end of their sibling’s school day. Those who stay beyond the end of their sibling’s school day will be charged from the end of their own school day.

Pupils will be signed in when they arrive and handed over to parents / carers when they leave. This is essential in case of fire or accident. Sundowners closes at 6.00pm. Any child not collected by that time will be £10.00 for every 15 minutes thereafter. We welcome parents support in collecting their children promptly.
