The individual approach continues within the Sixth Form as pupils receive guidance and support from both the school Careers Adviser and from an external adviser, from the Head of Sixth Form, form tutors, as well as outside speakers and mentors. Advice is tailored to the needs of each pupil, with an emphasis on information-gathering, regarding potential career and course choices with the aim of ensuring the pupils have the knowledge and skills for good quality and robust career planning for the future.
